Overall you are right. Some examples are a bit exaggerated but yes, I often look at other countries and think that the gras might be greener over there. However, leaving a country is not a small step and not everybody is ready for it. I am happy for everyone that leaves and has a better life. The state of the country is not the best, let's say it like this.

I have many colleagues from other countries and I try to help them as much as I can with the German laws, lifestyle, and habits. Somehow it works but it could be so much better for them...
