The treatment of users on various platforms on the internet is unbelievable sometimes. It feels like "Here are 40,000 rules, please stick to them. We update them frequently and if you break one, you'll be banned without even knowing exactly why". I know people that got banned out of their Microsoft accounts because some filter found naked photos of children in their cloud storage. They were their children, so obviously it was a false-positive.

But I just wonder why can't a user be notified in case of false behavior? Why do platforms shut the user down immediately? Why is there no real possibility to explain or correct an issue?
