What a cool hiring method! It feels a little bit intrusive with this Chrome popup (btw do they online invite Chrome users? :-D) but overall I like the approach. However, it might be a little bit unfair if you just haven't the time to complete the puzzles at the moment. But on the other hand if life offers you a possibility, then you should be ready!
